This Privacy Notice ("Notice") is here to help you to understand how your personal data is collected, stored or used, and what happens to it when you're using https://inrepublic.com. Notice together with the Terms of Service form an entire legal Agreement ("Agreement") between InRepublic ("InRepublic") and you as a user ("you", "user"). This Agreement applies to our website ("Site") located at https://inrepublic.com.

2. What data do we collect?
When you access our Site we will automatically collect certain usage data, also you can provide some data yourself and we may get some data from third parties. Generally, we divide data we collect into 3 categories:
2.1. Data you provide us. To be able to use full functionality of our Site you will need to register an account. There are two ways of account registering: create an account manually and sign up via Facebook.
To create an account manually you will need to provide:
- Contact details which may include: your name, email, telephone number.
Data we receive from 3rd parties. You may choose to log in using your Facebook account. In such case we will receive your:
- Full name
- Facebook profile picture
- You may choose to give us your email
Technical data. When you access our Site some data is collected automatically. Such data includes:
- Geolocation;
- IP address;
- Language preferences.
Technical data is aggregated and anonymized.
3. Why and how do we use your data?
We use your personal data in the following ways:
3.1. To provide the features of the Site.
To access the features of the Site you will need to provide us with certain personal data so that we will be able to register your account. Also, when you use our Site, we will use your personal data to provide you with the requested service. For example, if you request our services, we will use your contact details which you gave us to communicate with you about the requested service.

We use the personal data you give us to comply with our legal obligations. For example, when you buy our service we use that data for accounting, audits and internal reasons. 4. Policy towards children
We do not and will not knowingly collect personal data from any child under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and are concerned about the personal data of your child, please contact contact@inrepublic.com.
If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal data, we take steps to remove such data and terminate that person’s profile.
5. Do we use cookies?
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. Cookies generally do not permit us to personally identify you. We generally use session cookies to save your preferences and such cookies expire when you close your browser. These cookies are likely to be analytical, or performance cookies.
We, along with third-party vendors such as Google use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookies) you can find out more about this popular website analytics tool here.
These cookies collect information about how visitors use a website, for instance, which pages visitors go to most often, and if they get error messages from web pages. 6. How do we share and disclose data?
We may share your personal data under the following conditions:
6.1. Service providers. Third party service providers processing personal data on InRepublic’s behalf. For example to process credit cards and payments, host, manage and service our data, distribute emails, research, and analysis, advertising, analytics, manage brand and promotions as well as administering certain services and features.
6.2. Safety, Legal purposes, and Law enforcement. We will disclose your personal data to third parties to the extent necessary to: (i) comply with a government request, a court order or applicable law; (ii) prevent illegal uses of our Site or violations of our Sites’ and the Terms of Service and our policies; (iii) defend ourselves against third-party claims; and (iv) assist in fraud prevention or investigation (e.g., counterfeiting).
6.3. Business transfers. We will not sell your personal data to any company or organization, but we may transfer your personal data to a successor entity upon a merger, consolidation or other corporate reorganization in which InRepublic participates or to a purchaser or acquirer of all or substantially all of InRepublic assets to which this Site relates. In such event, we will notify you before your personal data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy notice.
6.4. With your consent. In cases where you have provided your consent, we may share your personal data, as described at the time of consent.
7. How do we handle your data?
We employ operational and technical measures to protect your data:
7.1. Encryption & Security. We use encryption, secure socket layer, and password protection to help prevent unauthorized access to your personal data. Such measures are reasonably designed to help protect your personal data from loss, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.
Despite our efforts, no website, mobile application, database or system is completely secure or "hacker proof." You can help keep your data safe by taking reasonable steps to protect your personal information against unauthorized disclosure or misuse.
7.2. Retention of your personal data. We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Notice unless otherwise required by law. For example, we keep your account profile information for as long as you keep your InRepublic account, but we may keep your order history longer to comply with legal obligations.
7.3. Data storage. The data we collect from you is stored on secure servers in the EU. We will take all reasonably necessary steps to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Notice
8. How can you manage your personal data?
In case you provide us with your personal data you may use your powers and exercise any of the rights described in this section. If you have any additional questions you can always send an email to contact@inrepublic.com and we will do our best to help you.
8.1. Access. You can request an explanation of the personal data we process about you. Also, you can request a copy of your personal data undergoing processing.
8.2. Rectification. You can rectify/correct any inaccurate data about you.
8.3. Data portability. You have a right to receive the personal data concerning you, which you provided to us. You can make a request to transmit this data directly to another data controller in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. We will transmit your data directly to another controller in cases where it is technically feasible.
8.4. Erasure. You have a right to be forgotten which means that we will delete all personal data that you have provided to us. Note, we may retain certain information as required by law and for legitimate business purposes permitted by law.
8.5. Restrict processing. You can request us to temporarily or permanently stop processing all or some of your personal data.
8.6. Object processing. You can, at any time, object to the processing of your personal data on grounds relating to your particular situation. You have the right to object your personal data being processed for direct marketing purposes.
8.7. Right to lodge complaints. You have the right to lodge complaints in relation to the data processing activities carried out by us to the competent data protection authorities.
9. Do we transfer your data?
Due to the international nature of InRepublic in the course of our operations, we may need to process data on a server located outside of the country in which you reside. In such case, we will use appropriate safeguards to ensure that your personal information will remain protected in accordance with this Privacy Notice.
10. How do we update this notice?
Applicable law and our practices change over time. If we decide to update our Privacy Notice, we will post the changes on our Site. If we materially change the way in which we process your personal data, we will provide you with prior notice, or where legally required, request your consent prior to implementing such changes.
